My career has centered on understanding why organizations struggle to get work done—and helping people build better ways to operate.
With 15+ years in consulting and operational transformation, I’ve worked across process improvement, enterprise systems, project delivery, change management, and the messy work between strategy and execution. I’m a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and I believe the best improvements are the ones the team can sustain.
I created Iron City Partners to bring that experience directly to established owner-led businesses in Pittsburgh and across the region.
