Day 1
Operations — and we don’t ask for your financials
We walk your floor, shadow real work, and talk with your people. No P&L request. We spend the first day earning the right to ask.
Day 2
Process — how work actually moves
We map the eight workflows that carry your business and find where handoffs drop, decisions wait on you, and steps live only in someone’s head.
Day 3
The numbers — now we look
Your financials, side by side with you, benchmarked against your industry. By now you’ve watched us work for two days.
Then
Your Scorecard, delivered in person
Two days building off-site. We present it within five business days — score, gap, and three things you can start Monday.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO PROVIDE
Two things, both on Day 3: your last two years of financial statements and whatever record you keep of completed jobs. A spreadsheet, a QuickBooks export, or a stack of invoices all work. If your records are messy, that’s a finding - not a problem.
